NEWS FROM HORNSEA YOUTH CLUB

Hornsea Lions have donated £300 towards new heating for the club which will enable our members to be nice and toasty throughout the winter months. We have received cash donations which will go towards activities and games in the coming months. We have had some fabulous shoes donated for our extensive fancy dress wardrobe and as we go to press we have received the news that we have once again been accepted onto the Co-op Local Community Fund. Money will be raised through the Co-op membership scheme and we will post more details on how you can all help with this in the next issue. Our fundraising efforts do not stop there as we will be hosting a Bake Sale and Tombola in aid of the Youth Club on Saturday 28th October from 10am -1pm at Hornsea Town Hall. There will be prizes to be won and delicious bakes to eat in or takeaway, we hope to see many of you there. The club continues to provide fun and friendship for the young people of Hornsea allowing them a safe space to mix with their peers in a relaxed environment.
