The successful applicant will work alongside young people, the Town Council and other stakeholders in delivering a range of activities aimed at assisting young people’s personal development. The post holder will have a genuine interest in young people and a commitment to equal opportunities.
Key responsibilities:-
- Plan and deliver interactive, safe, and engaging youth sessions.
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with young people.
- Provide a safe and inclusive environment.
- Ensure all safeguarding and child protection policies are strictly followed.

Level 1 youth worker for 5 hours per week Salary £28142.00 pro rata NJC scale point 11
