VACANCY FOR A COUNCILLOR
1. There is a vacancy on the above Council caused by the death of Councillor R A 
    Anderson.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if by the 2nd August 2010, 10 
   electors for the Town give notice in writing to the Chief Executive of The East
   Riding Of Yorkshire Council at County Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire
   HU17 9BA claiming such an election.
3. If no such notice is given the Town Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.

A number of complaints from residents living close to the recycling glass banks situated at Morrow Avenue Car Park have been received at The East Riding Of Yorkshire Council.  The glass banks are being used in the early hours of the morning and disturbing people living in close proximity of the car park.  If they continue to be used at anti-social hours they will be removed.
PLEASE NOTE THE GLASS BANKS MUST ONLY BE USED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 
8am TO 8pm
